Shipping Methods

United Kingdom

We ship out all products within 24 hours of the purchase via 2nd Class Royal Mail which aims to be with you within 2-3 working days (excluding Sundays).

Once you place your order, we will send you a confirmation email when we ship your order. If for whatever reason we are unable to ship your order within 24 hours of you placing your order, you will be notified via email.

Please note: Due to the current Coronavirus pandemic, usual delivery times by the Royal Mail may be affected. Please click here for Royal Mail’s latest services updates.


International

We do not currently offer shipping to countries outside of the United Kingdom.


Item returns

Returns within 14 days

We will happily accept a return and offer a full refund within 28 days of your item being delivered to you for any reason whatsoever.

Any items must be returned in the condition you received them and must be unworn. You will also need to send the item back in the original packaging you received them in.

Refunds will be sent directly into the bank account from which you made the purchase.


Damaged returns

If your item has been damaged in transit we will happily send you out a replacement item immediately. Should you not want another replacement you should return the item at our expense and we will refund your payment in full upon receiving the goods.

In the case that you would like a replacement of the damaged item, but the item is out of stock or no longer in available, you will be given an immediate refund.
